We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We will correct any defects in our work for a period of 15-30 days after project delivery (as specified in your agreement).
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic, or conversions from our services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEALIEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may recommend or utilize third-party services (hosting, domains, plugins, etc.). You are responsible for any agreements, fees, and terms associated with these third-party services.
You agree to indemnify and hold SiteAlien harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Post-launch support terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Ongoing support and maintenance services are available separately.
Unless otherwise specified, you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own hosting and domain services. We can provide recommendations and assistance but are not responsible for third-party hosting issues.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SiteAlien operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
